CO’GA Events was established in 2016 with a design to cater unique events and culinary experiences.
Lead culinarian Caitlin Suarez started cooking in restaurants in Seattle, WA in 2007. Caitlin adapts her menus to make her customers feel special and fulfilled. Her strength in cooking comes from three things, passion, team and the ability to adapt in any environment. The personal preferences and needs of her customers are where Caitlin thrives, she believes - if you want it, we can make it happen.
Caitlin is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Since completing her degree, she has worked for BottleRock, Napa Valley Film Festival, Treasury Wine Estates, and returned to the CIA to run their Illy Cafe. In addition, Caitlin has worked in a variety of restaurants and wineries throughout her career specializing in Latin, Italian, Asian, French and more.
CO’GA was created to offer both businesses and private clientele the opportunity to enjoy every aspect of hospitality to private dinners, cocktail parties, and cooking classes.
